It looks like all requests are served from Test Page for the SSL/TLS-aware Apache Installation on Web Site which is why the browser location bar just seems to point there after a request.

I'd have to guess without other code, that's its something in .htaccess. You'd have to elaborate with some code or a few examples of the type of URIs a request uses to be certain. I doubt anyone here is very familiar with the app you mention.
