Class 'Zend_Db_Adapter_Db2' Not Found Error

I'm writing my first PHP app with no training. I have figured many things out, but cannot seem to find out why my app is not seeing the db2 classes. Do I need some includes in my PHP?

Any advice or direction would be appreciated.
