Default zf 1.0.1 Zend_Db and i5 problem?

Hello,

I am getting the following warning/error when trying to utilize the zend framework 1.0.1 with Zend Core 2.0.1 (5.2.3) and i5/OS v5r4.

Is there anything special that needs to be considered w/the zf and i5? I am a bit puzzled by the following reference to "SYSCAT" and the sql0204 error.

Debug Warning: \wwwApps\development\php\zendframework_1.0.1\libra ry\Zend\Db \Statement\Db2.php line 64 - db2_prepare() [<a href='function.db2-prepare'>function.db2-prepare</a>]: Statement Prepare Failed
