Default XML-RPC client/server error

Hi,

I'm trying to get the basic implementation of the XML-RPC client to work, as describe in the doc (Zend Framework: Documentation), but it returns a "Failed to parse response" error each time I try it. Is the Zend Framework script not real, or is my install not functioning right.

Thanks,
Charlie

hi

i have the same issue as you
there is a bug on something similar to this, that supposedly was fixed
[#ZF-2092] XML-RPC client fails during parsing of response with empty array on PHP-5.2.4 - Zend Framework Issue Tracker

but i've got zf 1.0.3 and php 5.2.5
and i still get that failed to parse response message, so i really don't know

just wanted to let you know, you weren't the only one

dave

Hi, I'm running on ZF 1.5.2 and php 5.2.3 and have this issue as well:

exception 'Zend_XmlRpc_Client_FaultException' with message 'Invalid response' in /var/www/frameworks/Zend/XmlRpc/Client.php:261

I'm using the example code provided in the ZF manual.

any help would be greatly appreciated!
