The ISIS Suite is a project that I have toyed with for a long time. With ZF, I am finally able to get it started.

The concept is to provide a web site owner a suite of applications that work together, and be themeable to match the rest of his/her site.

For example, a while back I was working on a site. I wanted to add a forum, download manager, and help ticket system. I found each of them, but, having been written by different people, they did not share a common theme.

ISIS will provide core function that handle the theming, user management, access controls, and installation of other applications.

Work is going slow, as I can only work on it part time. I have a site started at tronpro.com that tells about it and has a start of a demo ISIS Suite.
