I use ZS 5.5 most of the time but I also use ZS Neon. One then I have found is that Neon uses a strangely large amount of RAM. To put this into perspective a little. The project I'm working on currently looks like this

Project loaded in neon - 220 megs of ram
Project loaded in ZS 5.5 - 5 megs of ram

Granted neon has a few tools that ZS doesn't but since I always code on a laptop(with only 1 ram slot) I can't justify using up 220 megs of my precious ram, for a flashy IDE. So I use ZS 5.5 with Dreamweaver for the HTML and CSS. If neons ram usage was a little more comparable I might see being able to use it... or if my laptop had a lot more RAM.

What I'm interested in are any freeware IDEs that people use that will allow you to set the code assist your self or interprets the code assist from your includes(yes I'm lazy).

I second the Komodo choice. It runs on OSX, Windows and Linux for me and works well on all three.
