I'm attempting to create an option in my application to output an html file rather than displaying my output to the screen. In my attempt to use php's internal output buffering functionality, I've found I'm not actually getting anything to output to my file, although I am able to create a 0 byte file.

Checking my code outside of the zend framework, everything seems fine though. Is there something I'm missing?
