Hi,

Here's my problem, I have had some experience with Doctrine ORM for database and find it really useful for inserts and updates and simple queries. For complex queries I build my own SQL.

Now Zend Framework has this Zend DB which provides access to the database, so here I am torn between two ways to access database and no idea when one is more suitable?
Should I just do all Doctrine database access, or is Zend DB able to do many good things like Doctrine?

This is a annoying decision point. Any ideas?
