I have contrated web hosting "Strato" that Apache server don't allow mod_rewrite functions.
Can I use Zend Framework in this way?

Yes you can. It's not necessary to have a mod_rewrite but it's advisable for url spider bot friendly.

OK, so the unique inconvenient is that users going to see a large and "rare" urls... and the posibility that spider bot don't index the page... Is it true????

I would appreciate if someone could give an example how to use send framework without mod_rewrite. Google gives nothing on this, just comments that it is possible but not how.

I asked this on the IRC-channel (#zftalk). Someone mentioned something about just edit one line "somewhere".

As mentioned would be awesome if someone would shed some light on this situation.

Add index.php in your $frontController->setBaseUrl('/path/to/app/index.php')
That all I had to do to get it working.
