i have downloaded the latest zend framework, but now i cant use it,there are 3 directories in zend file that i downloaded, 1.tests, 2.library 3.demos
please help me to install it , i do not know how to run it ,beside that do i need to install php ,Apache and mysql separately?? if yes how i can configure them

you should start just with php without Zend Framework first. ZF is targeted to advanced PHP developers.
