Hi I just started using zend, and installed the zend server last night. I was using the quickstart on there page. once i created the project using the zf.bat i would test it out. when i go to localhost/quickstart i would get a directory instead of the public index page. if i navigate to the index in the public directory it works. Just to make sure it was not an error on my half i downloaded there project and ran it and same thing.

not sure but is there some path i need to alter in httpd.conf file

using the lastest stable version of zend server on XP sp3.
