Warning: helper 'FormSubmit' not found....

Hi,

This is gotta be something pretty basic that I'm doing again??

Got the MVC structure up, but ever form I try to generate gets this error

Warning: helper 'FormSubmit' not found in path in /home/lukechaf/public_html/library/Zend/Form.php on line 2167

Must be something really fundamental that I'm doing wrong?

Anyone please?
