ZF + Windows + MSSQL : Best DB Adapter?

Hey Guys,

I've been up against the wall with this one for a few days now.

What is the best MS SQL Adapter to use with the Zend Framework with Windows?

I feel like this is a very hazy area in the ZF - pdo_dblib looked to be the best, but it appears it does not have support for the xml field in SQL Server, which is unfortunate.

Anyone have any suggestions on what to use?
