I recently lost my last two or three hair trying to understand zend following the
detailed and instructive series of articles from IBM devcon [URL="http://www.ibm.com/developerworks/library/os-php-zend1/index.html"].
The series is severely outdated, so it was not an easy job to upgrade the theory and related example examples to Zend Framework 1.5.0
// The source as per part 4 (When there is no feed: the Zend_HTTPClient) are attached here with
code is in index post that resumes all my post about this activity (thanks to Elemental for more space)
In my working installation code is in \understand_zend under the root
and zend library 1.5 (not in zip ) is a common lib located in \Zend under the root
Hope this can be useful to someone
