We?re a daily deals site for small businesses where entrepreneurs, CEOs and freelancers can get up to 90% off everything from printers to press releases. So far we?ve run deals with some massive brands like Apple, Nokia, TALK TALK, Zipcar, eReceptionist and Ryman. We?re generating a lot of buzz in the press having recently been featured in The Guardian, The Times and The Telegraph.

We?re backed by some of Europe?s highest profile investors including the founders and early-stage investors behind companies like Google, LinkedIn, LOVEFiLM, Zoopla, Betfair and Shazam.

The Opportunity:

We are looking for a rock-star PHP Software Engineer who can join the team at this early stage. You?ll help us execute our vision and bring some more fresh thinking to the team. You should be a start-up junkie. You want to get into a small, established team and get products over the finish line quickly.

You?ll be working with our developers to create and build the next generation of our eCommerce platform.

What are we looking for?

> Commercial experience with the Zend Framework
> Relevant commercial experience with development of CMS and e-commerce platforms
> Commercial experience with development for social media
> Scaling web applications
> Good analytic skills
> Good knowledge of MySQL
> Ability to work in a team

Who will I be working with?

We're a very international team of 6 people who have between themselves lots of experience launching some great new services and products at the biggest technology and Internet brands (think Apple, Amazon, Yahoo! and Microsoft). We?ve also worked at various start-ups that you may or may not have heard of. We like to think differently and execute differently and in general are a fun bunch of people.

Pay is negotiated on an individual basis, but we like to pay above market rates for above market engineers.
